The North Simcoe CFDC has supported the growth of local business for over 30 years. Our knowledgeable staff work with you to offer business loans, tools, training and events to help you start, expand, or sell a business. Since 1986, we have invested over $18.45 million to more than 438 local businesses, impacting over 2,450 jobs in our community. Each year, we meet with an average of 273 people like you to offer in-depth business coaching services, and we receive close to 800 business-related inquiries annually.

Our Service Area
The North Simcoe CFDC provides business support to the Towns of Midland, Penetanguishene, Beausoleil First Nation (Christian Island), and the Townships of Springwater, Tiny, and Tay.
Located on the southern shores of beautiful Georgian Bay, about 90 miles north of Toronto, with easy access to major transportation routes, North Simcoe is loved by locals and treasured as a seasonal destination by others.
